Clarence Lyles | President

As President of IGS, Mr. Lyles has gained renowned success by achieving revenue, profit, and business growth objectives within start-up, turnaround, and rapid change environments. He has vast experience with highly engineered distribution networks, which requires a deep understanding of critical business drivers in multiple product lines and industries. His long list of achievements includes business-building success with high-level decision makers and seizing control of critical problem areas while delivering on customer commitments. He is customer-focused and performance-driven with expertise in operations management, organic programs growth, strategic planning, total quality management (TQM), engineering and manufacturing, change management, strategic partnerships, and profit and loss (P&L) management.

Cornelius Harper | Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President, Mr. Harper is responsible for IGS’ day-to-day operations, including sales, management, financials, and business development. He has been instrumental in helping to grow the business by building and managing relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors, and his leadership has led to unprecedented growth in sales. Prior to his tenure at IGS, Mr. Harper worked for a global distributor of electrical wire, cable, and communications products, Anixter Inc. While at Anixter, he led his sales team to record sales year after year. With over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Mr. Harper has developed a great passion for emerging technologies, process improvements, unified communications, and strategic planning. When away from the office, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and volunteering to serve his community.
