Company Leave Policies
IGS provides all full-time employees with up to 160 hours of vacation time/PTO per year, based on years of experience and job level. In addition, IGS provides paid leave as a benefit to all regular full-time employees on days designated as official company holidays. IGS recognizes the following U.S. Government holidays:

IGS believes it is important to support excellence in the performance of technical work, in the management aspects of our work, and in interpersonal interaction. To ensure that our people achieve satisfaction in their work, IGS makes a conscientious attempt to be aware of the needs and contributions of employees, and to effectively communicate and encourage performance and professional growth.
With this in mind, IGS provides training reimbursement for training programs that will enhance their professional skills. IGS also endorses attendance at technical and professional meetings to improve capabilities relative to employee fields and will reimburse employees for reasonable costs incurred in connection with such activities. IGS also reimburses employees for membership dues in relevant professional associations.
