8(a) SOLE SOURCE CONTRACTING

IGS participates in the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) program. As an 8(a) firm, IGS can receive sole-source Federal contracts up to a ceiling of $4 million for goods and services. Such contracts do not have to undergo the normal competitive acquisition process. Instead, IGS and the Federal agency can negotiate the contract terms.
